Khilta (operated by Geeta Joshi, Proprietor) is an early childhood education brand creating learning activities, worksheets, and educational resources for children ages 2–8. We operate from Darshani, Garud, Distt-Bageshwar, Uttarakhand 263641, India and serve customers worldwide.

2. Our Products

All products sold on khilta.com are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical items are shipped. Upon successful payment, you receive a download link via email to access your PDF files.

3. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a Khilta product, you receive a personal use license. This means:

• ✅ You MAY: Print copies for your own children, your classroom, or your homeschooling use
• ✅ You MAY: Print as many copies as you need for personal/classroom use
• ❌ You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
• ❌ You MAY NOT: Upload our PDFs to any website, cloud storage, or sharing platform
• ❌ You MAY NOT: Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• ❌ You MAY NOT: Claim our work as your own or remove the Khilta branding

4. Intellectual Property

All content on khilta.com — including activity books, worksheets, illustrations, designs, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Khilta. All rights are reserved. © 2026 Khilta.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice
• Indian customers pay in Indian Rupees (₹) via Gumroad (cards, UPI, net banking)
• International customers pay in US Dollars ($) via Gumroad (cards, PayPal)
• Prices include applicable taxes where required

6. Order Delivery

Since our products are digital, delivery is instant. After successful payment:

• Indian customers: Receive an email with download link immediately
• International customers: Receive download link from Gumroad immediately
• Download links are valid for 7 days from purchase

7. Product Quality Disclaimer

Our activity books are created with care and are designed to support early childhood learning through play. However:

• Results vary based on each child's individual development and pace
• Our products are educational supplements, not replacements for formal education

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khilta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
