💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your Khilta purchase. Since our products are digital downloads, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and the creators who put their heart into these activities.

1. Digital Product Nature

All Khilta products are digital PDF files that are delivered instantly via email. Because digital products can be downloaded and copied immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

2. When We CAN Help (Replacement & Support)

We're committed to making sure you get what you paid for. The following situations qualify for support or replacement:

• ✅ Download link not working: If your download link is broken or expired, we'll send a new one immediately
• ✅ Corrupted or incomplete file: If the PDF doesn't open or is missing pages, we'll send a fresh copy
• ✅ Wrong product delivered: If you received the wrong activity book, we'll send the correct one right away
• ✅ Paid but didn't receive email: If payment was successful but no email arrived, we'll resend within 24 hours
• ✅ Payment deducted twice: Duplicate charges will be refunded in full (proof required)

3. When We CANNOT Offer a Refund

• ❌ "I changed my mind" after downloading
• ❌ "My child doesn't like the activities"
• ❌ "I didn't read the product description carefully"
• ❌ "I expected a physical book, not a digital download" (our products are clearly marked as digital)

4. How to Request Support

If you're experiencing any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date:

5. Response Time

We typically respond within 24–48 hours. Most issues are resolved the same day.

6. Cancellation

Since digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed. If you contact us immediately after an accidental purchase (before downloading), we will review it case by case.
